Hay Fever Remedy Tincture
Just add some drops in some juice or water, mix and drink

External use: Steam inhalation
Add 2-3 drops of the essential oil mix into boiling water and breath in the healing steam for 10 min. Use as many times as needed (2 or 3 times a day or more)
